Out of my last 30 leads - 1 had a good phone number. Even after the campaign asking for an updated phone number. Is Ylopo using a phone number search program or would you recommend getting a Phone Search program on top of this?
ykhoo
18:39
So shld we call as soon as possible? or wait?

How does Ylopo initially curate the search details? Often I have a prospect whose search has over 1,000 homes in their search and often with a $500,000 difference from low to high price and their location preference has 35 zip codes in it. As a result, it just doesn't feel like their search is relevant or sticky.

^ My question above “is there such thing as putting too much money into re-targeting?”

For phone number research I've found that Spokeo and BeenVerified works very well. Each often finds contact info. the other doesn't find.

Okay now that you mentioned other ways to approach Email only leads - Do you have a good drip campaign for Email only leads? I've created one - but if you have a good drip campaign - would love to see it.

“New” is different than remarked though… could you explain situational awareness of remarked alerts

I got a lead that says their daughter is a realtor. Should we continue letting them stay on? or if someone says STOP to text, should we take them out of the system?
Kindle Winton

my 2 cents: I’ve had the “stop” text because they assumed it’s a robot text, so I always follow up with a “real” response, most times it works!

FastPeopleSearch has worked GREAT for us

Any work arounds for the default city that is being used in the text drip? It’s upsetting my leads, lots of unsubscribes because most of the time it’s not their relevant area. Our Leads are coming in from a 15 radius of that location. I was told that the city they use in the drip text is the first city of your default search.

My team and I are excited for it! Thank you :)

how often do you do push listings on new leads, I think Riah does it in the first few days
Rick
44:14
Melaine mentioned that she can get very granular with condo specific searches and Dean said he couldn't. I think I'm in the same position with Dean that I can't get very granular. How do others use the "I saw you were looking at this home, here's another similar home just down the street, through Ylopo vs. having to jump out to their MLS to get that granular?

I find that many of our leads w/a hotmail or yahoo account never open listing alerts. Are Ylopo emails recognized as junk/spam?

Couldn't you create a smart list to pull leads that have viewed homes at least 3-4x and then would be a shorter list to create push listings for?
