I got my ppp loan and I'm bringing my employees back to my restaurant. some employees feel unsafe or getting more on unemployment. I ask for them to resign.. is there any legal precautions??

Is there a public health dept inspection or 3rd party whether government-paid or commercial private entity which can either inspect or maintain and certify that, for ex: CDC best practices are being followed or maintained at his retail location. Simply put, such a certification will go a long way to build trust with the consumer.

Do you think a sweeping 25-30% cut of Max Capacity (retail and restaurants etc) by way of fire code, even temporarily would be a way to open things up safely and quicker?

thank you all....ATMs support retail transactions and cash is less sticky for virus than plastic..I think retail will need lots of chalk lines, temperature scanners at alleys, and sanitizer dispensers in stores.
