Barry we have a large team onboarding to Ylopo + Fireopint and I have a couple of questions if possible. To start, what is the conversion strategy for new leads when it comes to agent actions vs the bot and how it might relate to campaigns as well. Does the bot start texting immediately and substitute the agent call? Basically wondering about agent manual actions vs tasks / campaigns and auto texts / emails and so on. Hope that question makes sense
