As a nonprofit organization without transcripts, YWCA Tulsa does provide letters to verify participation in ELL, HSE, and other types of classes through the NRS data, including information about hours attended, time period of participation, and advancing in EFLs.

In addition to verifying by letter, the completion of ESL or noncredit workforce programs, at Westchester Community College we award a local "certificate" for all of our noncredit programs that could be a form of proof of completion. We also recognize noncredit program completers at a ceremony and list all completers in the program
