When I am running a design exercises - I get our team to focus on quantity of ideas before quality - more divergent thinking. Do you focus on quantity of ideas at first with this map?

We (a volunteer community orchestra) are having to rethink our schedule and potentially even whether or not our musicians will feel comfortable rehearsing, and whether or not our elderly audience members will come to concerts.
We're looking a lot more at online content, as live performance is not possible now and who knows for how long
We are on the verge of changing our art festival to a virtual festival.
we utilize a lean startup approach. we use the social lean canvas & developed an initial opportunity screen. we’ve been pretty adaptable and now we are shifting care coordination, support groups, caregiver coaching to video chat and by phone. CareNextion.org has seen a large increase in registered users to coordinate care for their loved ones. we are looking at doing our annual tech conference virtually.
Similar to what others have mentioned. Trying to understand what our customers will need through the summer and fall and how we can best address those needs in ways that are safe and prudent and creative
Laser focused on relationships, checking in with supporters. People are home and available to engage in conversation.
