Hm, Roy that’s strange. Maybe try leaving and joining again? Or ensuring that you have permissions on?
That’s a great suggestion Lily, thanks!

Hello, my name is Erin and I am an Expert
welcome to the group, Erin!!
yah its kind of a mixture of a few of them, def feeling parts of the expert and rugged individualist...
perfectionist and expert
Oooo I like that
I feel like there’s a lot of people out there against the whole “fake it till you make it” but I definitely agree it’s critical to getting through the uncomfortable and fear
That’s very true, Kelly!
haha I just took a picture of this screen!
Erin, that’s fantastic :)
thank you so much!
Would love to hear you talk about imposter syndrome while job searching. Seeing the list of qualification requirements in a job listing and feeling like you don’t match all of them so you shy away from submitting yourself for it. How can we reframe that and overcome it?
I recently applied for a job I overqualified for and got bumped up a level with a fantastic offer! I definitely got lucky with this one, but while leaving my old job a lot of people questioned my qualifications and asked how I qualified for the new job. Do you have any recommendations for managing other people's reactions to your success?
Major congrats on this new job!!
Thank you, I definitely just didn't respond because I wasn't sure how :)
Remember privately who laughs last!
don’t be sorry, that’s great advice!
I see you!
thank you, have a great night!
Thank you very much!
