Would you do a sound check please?
Frank shared a copy of an IEP tracking sheet for IEP implementation during DL days. We are looking to implement this, but the question I have is whether or not these will be forms that are used to track services delivered as a record keeping tool? Or, if this is a plan of the services that are being offered to families as a one time sharing of how the IEP goals are being addressed during this time? Should we prepare to regularly share services that are delivered?
I am wondering if districts are rewriting IDEA grants for unexpended funds, rewriting activities for ESY/Comp Ed services this summer
Has this document been distributed widely?
Do you know if the deadline for expending the 2018-2019 grant will be extended past September 2020?
Do we have any further clarification on Compensatory services?
If we are not receiving meeting notifications or documents who should we reach out to to get on the mailings?
where can we find the IEP tracking sheet Frank shared?
Who did it come from, sorry?
MaryEllen Hamilton sent it out just prior to this meeting.

Thanks. We are actually being asked to share this info with sending districts. We are regularly sharing with families, but we are now receiving requests from districts and the format has been varied, so we are looking to streamline a tool that we can reliably share with all NH districts.
Any new clarification on "electronic signatures"
Does this include electronic signatures on invoices for special ed aide?
There is a good article from Wadleigh Starr: Status of Federal Funding, available on the NHASEA page
What if travel reimbursement requests for March are late - will there be any forgiveness given this crisis. I think our district may be dealing with this.
How are districts dealing with POMS for preschoolers?
Can you discuss special ed funding through CARE Act? Vs. IDEA?
unfortunately this lag in response regarding electronic signatures potentially puts us out of compliance given that we have been out since March 13. I am relying on email responses at this time
As are we, Deannah.
Through Title One and Governor’s discretionary/emergency funding
Is the question about in-house signatures or parental acceptance of proposed IEP's, etc.?
Are we still required to document attendance on our OOD students during distance learning? Will this be needed for special ed funding?
Do you anticipate districts needed to go back to get signatures once the electronic signature issue is settled
Please consider parents are struggling with technology
What will happen if a district has implemented an electronic signature program and it is later determined it shouldn't be used?
In our small district, we have had success with sending documents with stamped return envelopes.
Just so it's said, thank you for all you've been doing behind the scenes to support our efforts in these incredibly challenging times!

Interested in if anyone think ESY will be through RL?
That is what I am planning on in Rochester.
I’ve copied the signature page to an email…sent it off to a parent, and the parent responds by filling in their name and date. The email is in the possession then of the school district and the parent. We’ll print and attach a copy of that email page to the IEP when we’re back handling actual paper IEPs in the schools.
We are discussing what “compensatory” would look like throughout the course of next year, or through ESY, when appropriate. I am worried about staffing, etc.
I know it is far away, but the sooner we can have guidance about summer, the better. Right now we are planning for BOTH. Its daunting and feels a little futile.
As well as when we will be back in buildings...
Georgia - use too
Thank you for your help wiht the ESY concern ( and everything else). We appreciate it
Thank you for all you are doing!
