Here in central PA, good time to plant lettuce, spinach, carrots, beets, radishes, potatoes, swiss chard… (all can take a bit of frost)

Penn State Extension local offices in our PA Counties, PA State Grange is another organization that lobbies for agriculture. VE
NRCS is also very relevant to this - building soil health will help buffer extreme rainfall events
