Small communities under 20,000 are immensely impacted by COVID-19 with weeks and months of small and microbusinesses being closed. They are the lifeline of small community economic vitality...many of these small businesses are not going to come back. Is there money that can go directly to these communities to help support the comeback of these small and microbusinesses.
