What I find in my district is that we have employees hat are not empathetic and or sympathetic to the needs and or concerns of our families and scholars.

Teacher putting too much emphases on completing work created a lack of trust and disconnection. I often got class from parents complaining about devices that were not functioning correctly. They talked about teachers threatened them with Child Services if child didn’t come to school or get online..

To the question about whether services are present in every school or target school... The ideal is that every school would be or become a community school. They should all have infrastructure to listen closely to their constituents and invite them to lead collectively. That said, with limited resources, it makes sense to begin or emphasize places where the needs are greatest.

Thank you for addressing that Eric. We often hear that our district doesn't want to do/implement something because the funding is not sustainable. I appreciate you encouraging districts to use the funds now and work on ways to sustain them because there is time for doing that and finding that funding.
