Desiring tubal is a very personal question. Can be viewed as an invasion of privacy. Please address.

Rachel, Epic cannot populate the pre-existing conditions. We will need to complete these. It is my understanding all fields need to be completed to move on but there are options for flu that include refused or N/A.

@Tara Noah- If a person is screened for depression with a validated tool and depression is not present, check the "no" box for Depression Present and add notes to OB care

Do the 1-2 week CS checks or BP check visits count as the PP Visit now that the date range has changed to 1-84 days? OR is the full PP Visit still required to meet the PP follow up?

I think that is a great suggestion regarding the MCOs incentives being emailed to us!!

UPMC gives a 30 day window - for the other MCOs is it still only a 5 day window and is the day of the office visit counted as day 1 or is the day after the office visit counted as day 1?

Aetna better health has us fill out the form on optum electronically then we have to print and fax. Will we ever be able to submit the form electronically to Aetna Better Health?

From Aetna Better Health- we do accept both at this time-

Aetna better health does not accept electronic submissions, we have to rpint them. that is the only option.

For UPMC Medicaid insurance do we still need to complete ONAF, we received an poster from UPMC that said it was done automatically.

What are the incentive rates ? Is the amount the same for all medicaid insurances.

This does seem to be different by health plans and would be helpful to determine why the need and also what is necessary for each.

Are we supposed to be doing ONAF forms for straight Access?

The T1001 Code is in reference to PP visits and if that code is not dropped we do not get the incentive even if the ONAF is submitted. But no one seems to want to address this question

What date are we supposed to use for their "intake"? Is it the first visit they present to establish care for the pregnancy, which we call their OB confirm visit in our office?

We use the T1001 code for the patients first maternity visit. I was under the impression the T code was for the filing of the ONAF form

We do not have an option right now to do a final submission electronically for ABH. We can only print and fax.

From Gateway-the T1001 code is used for the submission of the ONAF and is required for the incentive payment along with other appropriate billing codes. I will submit Gateway's ONAF incentive details to Robert to share with all.

United Health Care does not require a signature for ONAF submission

Is the incentive dependent on 14 weeks admission/submission?

If the pt is only on Medicaid and not assigned to AmeriHealth or gateway, does it still count when we submit late?
