Delta Ridge Cottages Meeting - Nov. 12, 2020 - Shared screen with gallery view
What’s the plan for traffic on Delta Highway? It’s already getting congested.
How will the traffic be mitigated?
It is too narrow of a street to handle that many cars.
There are also a lot of gravel trucks.
You’re adding 1100 parking spots, so that’s a lot of cars, not counting The Nines and the second phase of Evergreen. The road is really narrow. There’s not even a center divider.
There’s no bike lane on that road.
yes I don't think that the gravel trucks will be going away.
Will North Delta be widened?
Are these going to be LEED certified buildings?
For the residents of the Nines, it will be difficult to turn left out of our neighborhood. Will there be a turn lane at least?
Was a Traffic Impact Analysis done?
We will miss the golf course as well. We moved here to enjoy that close proximity as well.
Yes I use the golf course throughout the year.
