Araceli's iPhone

That’s how everything started for me. I felt dizzy and my hands were shaking at work and I got scared.
Benita Bell
22:01
Yes Sue so useful
Benita Bell
22:23
The sensations are scary
Jordan Stutz
22:24
Araceli - Was that kind of your first panic attack starting?
Kerri Summers Mcdonald
24:17
Some one can take my tiredness 🤣
Christopher Dancy
24:27
I’ve long wanted BREAKOUT groups for the different “CARE GROUPS”
Christopher Dancy
24:37
I want a HEALTH ANEIXTY group to meet regularly!
Araceli's iPhone
24:53
Jordan—No, my first panic attack was back on 2015 but I didn’t know what it was at the time. It was scary but it only lasted about 20 min and I could continue with my life ...
Abbie Herring
26:07
Katya random question but is the bump near the base of your skull? I noticed a bump down there on my daughter's head once and called the doctor and they said it was actually a gland there that I hadn't noticed before
Rosemarie M
26:12
I agree Christopher with the Health Anxiety group
Brenda
28:37
that's me Jordan! I look for it
Benita Bell
30:08
I think breakout groups with our challenges would be great
Tina
32:46
Thanks Alfredo!
Jordan Stutz
33:20
for me it's "this is a symptom of anxiety" I have no cconerns about stroke or heart attack haha.
Brenda
33:47
same here Jordan
Lisa Frattini
33:55
same. i'm only afraid of the anxiety itself.
Tina
35:00
Hi Jordan, I have a sensation in the middle of my chest every morning. Now I expect it, and in the morning I am like there it is. Ok now I will mediate, go take my shower, get ready for work feelilng the sensations, but not putting my attention on it…
Tina
35:29
And eventually I notice it is no longer there.
Lisa Frattini
35:35
yes, Amy!
Benita Bell
36:06
Tina that’s good feedback
Cara's iPhone
36:16

alfredogodinez
37:59
Yeah Jordan
Erin Simonetti
38:02
Yes... the will will his last forever
Erin Simonetti
38:11
But nothing is forever... nothing
Tina
38:15
I feel that way at times too Jordan - is it always going to be there.
alfredogodinez
38:17
I used to have insomnia and I feared i would die in my sleep every night
alfredogodinez
38:35
It is just irrational fear thoughts brought on by anxiety
Alan
38:41
Benita, when i get those feelings, like my legs are jelly and are going to fail me, i look at it, figure its anxiety, and then challenge it to make me fall out in the street. If i do then I do, i cannot live in the fear of it
Tina
38:56
Now Jordan, I remind myself that everything passes and this too shall pass.
Alan
39:02
that's what has been working for me.
Kavitha
39:07
I actually have low blood pressure since I was very young and I actually do get dizzy quite frequently and pass out as well
Benita Bell
39:25
Alan that’s what I said yesterday if I do I do I must LIVE LIFE. I hear you thanks
Araceli's iPhone
39:35
I used to live with very uncomfortable sensations. Dizziness from time to time, bladder pain, nausea, pain, but when the DP/DR and the very loud tinnitus started ... those I could’t ignored.
Kavitha
39:38
But it never stays for a long period of time and I guess I’m just used to it so it doesn’t bother me
Alan
39:51
yes ma'am. Love to you
Jordan Stutz
40:06
Araceli - how is the dp/dr and tinnitus now?
Benita Bell
40:11
Thanks Alan you too
alfredogodinez
40:31
Ask yourself if there is a more rational thought or explanation. Force yourself to think of a more rational explanation.
Araceli's iPhone
41:03
Jordan— Getting better ...
alfredogodinez
41:14
Remember that WHAT IF is a completely irrational anxiety question/thought
Jackie Putnam
42:35
Humor helps me to get to a place of trying softer. It makes the fear irrelevant.
Tina
42:55
I use that too now also. Jackie.
Tina
43:26
It does defuse my thoughts and my fear does look silly.
Benita Bell
47:13
Jackie how do you use humor?
Jackie Putnam
50:08
Benita, I’m going to try to answer that question out loud
Benita Bell
