Have been fighting AB5 for six months. The legislature recently passed a "fix" that my end the arbitrary 35 article per publication limit, but won't take effect until next year. More importantly, many publications won't hire California writers because they don't want to get sued or fined $25,000"may end"

Did you just use 2019 Schedule C?

Yes. Schedule C. I believe it was whatever was on line 31 of either schedule C or the main tax form. (I forget which.)

I figure I’ll go for forgiveness and pay back whatever is not forgiven.
