Question regarding critical incidents for disruption in services. For MPW pariticipants who are unable to receive DT and/or CLS services at this time, who DO have natural supports to provide care during this time, does a critical incident need to be completed for that?

Would counseling be possible over the phone without a video component? Some community participants do not have internet access for a video system, but will still need counseling services to maintain welfare.
