@Becky Santillan Hull - you are not required to send your form to the District office. You can submit to Medicare on you own. We are offering this service so that our retirees do not have to try to find a fax location or make a trip to the post office during Covid.

@etenn - not quite sure I understand you question. If you are asking if the PERS Care Medicare supplement plan premium is covered in full, the answer is yes it is through the 2021 plan year. I hope this answered your question.

@Victoria Bortolussi - the 12/7 deadline was the open enrollment period for individuals who are currently already enrolled in Medicare Part B to change their plan choice.

Can we clarify the $1500 annual help from the district to help with additional costs through the CalPers plans. From your response we need a minimum of $1500 before we are eligible to make a claim. The districts letter dated 3/4/2020 said we would be offered this help for 3 years. Please can you clarify this issue. I am currently enrolled in CalPers Care plan
