What i have found difficult is people saying you need to go and get a job in a supermarket or a call centre. When what i want to do is actually give myself permission to take this time, rebuild my business and get the background work done. So I started looking for the job cause i thought i should... I don't want a job, I'm really good at what i do and it has payed with my head as what the right thing to do is to support my family.

I use meditation to help control the emotions due to ptsd, but bad memories still appear daily. i made myself more busier, but bad memories still pop up. Do you have tips to lessen the frequency of the bad memories? How can I train my mind?
Sharon Boath
42:16
I resonate with what Nick is talking about, I also live with anxiety and being an introvert growing up with no real definition of that term, was also difficult. It is definitely learning to accept your circumstances that makes a huge difference, it's learning to live with these challenges, and making the most of each day! I'm pleased that complimenting others is coming back into fashion! and sharing feelings, and emotions. So many people go through the same experiences, feelings, connecting in that way will bring others to talk about common threads.
Allison Coles
42:24

Question for Nick. When starting your business in 2008, that was in an economic downturn. So what learnings did you take from that time when starting a business, that can be applied during Covid-19.
