For documents for a LLC will be generally a Schedule C.
The Small Business Administration is the Federal Agency that is the administrator of the Payroll Protection Plan (PPP) Loan. So SBA is the agency offering the loans and PPP is the loan program. Hope this helps.
That is correct Businesses ONLY FILE a Form 941 IF they have employees - workers for which taxes are withheld from their gross pay.
As long as you started the business by 2/15/2020 you are eligible.
