Let's RECHARGE trusting our BODY: Mindfulness & Movefulness with music!
⫸When? Each Thursday : Moving and Connecting from 8pm/20h to 9:15pm/21h15 -> Come online 10mins early, especially if you are new to Zoom to make sure your video and audio is working.

⫸Cost? Donations principle to take into account the specific period and online set-up: you pay what you can and what you want consciously. I will send in separate email my two bank accounts IBAN info (CHF and EUR) to the ones who have registered on Zoom.

⫸What will happen? I’ll play music and will guide you through the embodied session
【Open Attention】: Time for you to seat. Arriving in a relaxing mode, could be breathing and mindfulness for example.
【Enter】: Time for a slow transition into movement.
【Explore】: Time for you to just move and dance in your own space. I’ll play music and the invitation is for you to take this however you want into dance. Fast or slow, big or small, wild or calm, following your own energy. You might dance close to the camera, or off camera. Perhaps you will feel the sense of being connected to the group while being in your own space.
【Settle】: We will come back together and might share our experience.

What do I need to join an online class?
If you have a computer, choose that over the iPad or iPhone. Not only will the sound be better but also you can interact more and see more of others.
AUDIO: If you can, connect your computer/phone to an external speaker for better sound quality OR use an headset (preferaby blue tooth so you can move in a bigger space)
3)Make some space to dance or create your little bubble. If you are in a shared space, find a room to yourself so you can dance consciously. Or invite your housemates and/or family to join you.
4)Wear comfortable clothes to move in and have your water bottle nearby.
