ONLINE Yoga for Stress
Got stress? Yoga, as a general rule, is a great antidote for stress. This class will focus on stress management and reduction through the combination of active and restorative poses, breath work, and guided meditation. It is a trauma-sensitive class and will be appropriate for those who have experienced trauma and/or live with PTSD, anxiety, or depression.
