Yoga Nidra
The practice of Yoga Nidra offers an effective and sweet way to bring kindness to our nervous systems while tapping into our bodies innate, but often underutilized, capacity to self-heal and restore. Through a process of supported and guided relaxation we’ll release accumulated tension. In doing so, we’ll cultivate the state of Yoga Nidra, a state of consciousness that both activates our body’s natural healing capacities and allows us direct access to our creative and compassion-filled inner wisdom.
