Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation journey in your most comfortable savasana (relaxation pose). Dim lights, gather pillows and blankets, and prepare to rest while we tune and refresh mind and body. I like keeping a journal, and water/tea nearby. Many people find headphones can give them a better auditory experience. Otherwise, have your device right near you, to hear comfortably. Pajamas and eye pillows are optional!
Please arrive 10 minutes before class, so we can clear tech issues before we start. In the Chat box, you can type Requests or Questions or let me know if you are new to Nidra. If so, a big welcome! Relax and enjoy.
