Join Ann Votaw, director of Health and Wellness at the Center for Adults Living Well (CALW), in her creative exercise program that uses the household items nearest you during COVID-19. This 30-minute class begins in a chair and is appropriate for all ages. This class will be recorded in case you miss Ann at this regularly scheduled time.

On Wednesdays, we have a live musician, Ruth Cunningham of the Anonymous Four, to play harp and sing for us!

Offline, Ann teaches senior fitness at 9:30 AM Tuesdays and 10 AM Sundays. If you are age 60 or greater, you can exercise with her at the Y after we are back in our regular space.
