This Slow Flow is design to help become familiar with your body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward.
Class will open at 6:00 pm CST to allow you get settle and perhaps catch up with other participants. Class will start promptly at 6:15 pm but it's okay if you join in late.
We kindly ask that once class starts you mute your microphone to reduce the background noise. You can always unmute it to ask relevant questions.
