Hatha Yoga - Wednesday's 6 pm
Join this Kripalu-inspired Hatha Yoga class. A variety of standing, sitting, and reclined poses are offered. This class is accessible to everyBODY. Several options are demonstrated to encourage everyONE to access their own personal "version" of the yoga poses. Be ready with your yoga mat and join this class.
