This class is design to help you connect with your breath and inner-self as you built flexibility, upper body and core strength. You will be encourage to move at you own pace and take breaks whenever needed. Modifications will be given.
Class will open at 9:45 am CST to allow you get settle and perhaps catch up with other participants. Class will start promptly at 10:00 am but it's okay if you join in late.
We kindly ask that once class starts you mute your microphone to reduce the background noise. You can always unmute it if you have any relevant questions.
