A series of weekly open guided mindfulness sessions starting on Tuesdays from 24th March, 6-7pm UK time, for anyone interested in cultivating mindfulness skills to help manage their wellbeing, stay connected and make good choices in the midst of the Coronavirus outbreak. No experience necessary, and open to all. These sessions will include guided meditation practice, discussion of the benefits and challenges of mindfulness in the current situation, and an opportunity to meet, support and share experience with others who would like to practise mindfulness during this time. You are welcome to register for and attend one, some or all of the sessions.

Please note: These sessions are designed for people who want to find ways of working with stress more effectively and increase their overall awareness, well-being and capacity to flourish in the midst of lifes. They gently encourage moving towards experiences (including difficulties) in order to be work with them more skilfully, and this can be challenging as well as rewarding. If you have current mental health problems such as a major depressive episode, severe anxiety, untreated post-traumatic stress disorder or psychosis, or have experienced a recent bereavement, are actively addicted to alcohol or drugs or are suffering from a current or past major trauma, mindfulness meditation practice may not be right for you at this time.
