Mindfulness Yoga utilizes the teachings of Kripalu yoga which is a compassionate approach with emphasis on meditation, physical healing and spiritual transformation that overflows into daily life. All experience levels are welcome.
Please have a block, small pillow and a strap for class.
(If you don't have those items, you can use books for a block, a rolled up towel and a scarf or belt)
Please be sure that each participant has completed the waiver and submitted payment in advance of class.
