Saturday Yoga with CSCET
Here are some tips from your instructor to help you maximize the benefits of this class:
- have traditional yoga props like a blanket, block, bolster, and a strap close by (or use items that you have around the house like a large bath towel, a thick book, and a soft belt from a bathrobe or sweater)
- wear loose clothing and have bare feet

Until the need for social distancing surrounding concerns of the spread of COVID-19 has passed, we will be offering weekly movement classes via Zoom Meetings.
