Everyday Fit is a 30-min, very low-intensity movement session designed to train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities such as carrying groceries or playing a game of basketball with your kids.
This class is great for anyone who is seeking to make everyday activities easier, help reduce your risk of injury and improve your quality of life AND is especially beneficial for older adults to improve balance, agility and muscle strength, and reduce the risk of falls.
The room opens 10 minutes before class starts.
Cameras are optional but please consider turning yours on so we can work out together and try to recreate our in-person class experience as best as we can. See you online!
