Mindfulness YIN Yoga with Robyn - Friday at 4pm
A quiet, meditative yoga practice. Yin yoga stretches and targets both the deep connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body.
The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility as the poses stretch and exercise the bone and joint areas. It also helps us to regulate the body's flow of energy.
A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 2 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia.

Please have a block or pillow available for both modifications and depth.

My classes are offered on a sliding scale: $12 - $15+ per person/per class. Please consider paying at the rate you're most comfortable with. Your generosity supports your fellow practitioners and my continuous efforts to support people to learn and grow. to
