Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation journey in your most comfortable savasana (relaxation pose). Dim lights, gather pillows and blankets, and prepare to rest while we tune and refresh mind and body. I like keeping a journal, and water/tea nearby. Many people find headphones can give them a better auditory experience. Otherwise, have your device near you, to hear comfortably.
Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early, to clear your tech issues before class. In the Chat box you may type Requests, Questions, or if you are new to Yoga Nidra. If so ~ a big welcome! Relax and enjoy.
