3p Kids Class - Powered by Movement
Are your kids going stir crazy, and/or are you looking for something for them to do while “sheltering in place”? Powered by Movement CrossFit wants to help your children expend some of that energy with a FREE children's fitness class hosted by PXM Coach Leah (IG - @leah_casey). We recognize that getting our kids moving is more important than ever with school and park closures. Regular exercise for children can improve their health and attention spans, while hopefully making it easier for everyone in your household to share space. This 30 minute class offered every Tuesday and Thursday is intended for kids between the ages of 6 and 10 and will incorporate components of yoga, CrossFit, interval training, calisthenics, and fun!  We of course will expand as feedback and interest grows/dictates, but we can't wait to get started with you now!

PXM is excited to offer as much relief as possible to our community as we endure this difficult time by supplying this class to anyone free of charge. In order to create an interactive environment while maintaining as much privacy as possible, the audio and video capabilities have been automatically disabled but can be optionally enabled for your family at your discretion.
