This is an online practice session to replace our usual Saturday sessions. We will try our best to incorporate our usual practices of mindful sitting, walking, sharing as well as a teaching and the 5 Mindfulness Trainings. It will be an experiment together :).
We will offer a bit more explanation of the practices on the third Saturday of the month as usual.
All mindfulness practices are invitation-based and gently guide and bring awareness to bodily sensations, feelings and thoughts. You are invited to chose what may be of benefit to you from these practices and stop whenever you feel things may become distressing. We encourage you to take care of yourself, with sensitivity and awareness of how these practices may at times affect people who have/are experiencing trauma, recent bereavements, acute depression, psychosis and suicidal thoughts.
