Our Saturday 11AM & Monday 6:15 PM Flow + are yoga-inspired classes designed for people who are free from injury and are familiar with vinyasa flow-styles of practice. More challenging postures are offered and woven into the fabric of our flow with time devoted to cultivating steadiness and core strength. This class is as fun as it is challenging, and ends with a 15-minute savasana (final resting pose).
