Thank you for joining this 50-60 mins Yoga class.
Yoga classes on Mondays incorporate strength, balance, stretch, relaxation and yoga flow. Options are always given so that beginners can do this class.
If you have a Yoga mat, please have it with you for this class. If not, you can still do your practice on a towel on a carpeted area or even outdoors are the grass. You may also find it beneficial to have a cushion available to sit on should you have tight hips and if you feel you may need Yoga blocks but don't have any, two heavy books of the same size can be used. Feel free to chat to me about other options.
The cost for this class is $10 or if you have a package it will be $8. The full recording of the class will be made available for you to use for two days and you can use the recording as frequently as you like during that time. The link to the recording will be emailed to all attendees on the same day as the live stream.
Please be reminded to do this workout safely, listening to all instruction and applying it to your own body. Different options will be given, and it is your responsibility to choose the best option for your body and any physical issues you may currently have.
