Vinyasa Flow
Join me for a 60 minute vinyasa flow class. Each class will focus on an area of the body: hips, shoulders, core strength, balance, etc. Expect a 15-20 warm up with Sun Salutations followed by 20-25 minutes of standing poses including standing balances, finishing with 20 minutes of floor stretches and Final Relaxation.
