Take a Deep Breath Before Lunch - Special Session for MUSC
On All WEEKDAYS in April! In this 15 minutes session I will share some relaxing breathing exercises. Specially arranged for the MUSC community to improve mindfulness, and better breathing in this challenging time. This session happens on all weekdays via Zoom. Open to all levels. No poses! No need for special attire. Practice from your office/home. Better if the exercises are done before a meal so we have space to breathe deeply! There is NO CHARGE to join. Thank you for joining!
