ONLINE - Full Body Fitness
Full Body Fitness will incorporate cardio, strength building and flexibility training - all necessary for good and balanced health. We will use a variety of cardio options you can do at home. We'll also use hand weights and, my personal favorite, your own body weight! We'll mix in a little Pilates, a little yoga, and viola! Full Body Fitness! Wear athletic shoes for this one - it's not a yoga class!
