Come with an open mind and experience what yoga can do for you! Stephanie Javaheri: “My yogic journey began nearly 20 years ago. Initially, it was just a physical practice to complement my busy and athletic lifestyle. I aim to create classes for every student that leaves them feeling calm, centered, and energized. My belief is that yoga is for everyone, not just yogis or athletes.”
