MBA Workout w/Bianca, CPT
Bianca will be focusing on movement meditation and cardio to clear our minds and get our heart rates up! This will still be a full body workout, don't worry. However, you create your own intensity and range of motion so this class is great for all fitness levels. Let's get moving ladies!

The room opens 10 minutes before class starts.

Cameras are optional but please consider turning yours on so we can all dance together and try to recreate our in-person class experience as best as we can. See you online!
