Let's go on an ADVENTURE!! You'll need 2 paper plates for this fitness fun event!

1. Class starts right around 10AM, BUT please log in as early as 9:45AM! It takes a little time to adjust where to put your device!
2. Adjust the screen of your computer (or iPad) so your child's whole body is able to be viewed on screen... if possible! It may work best if your device is on the ground or close to the floor. You may want to have a mat for them to stand on ahead of time. This way they can still see the screen and they have a good idea of where to stand!4. Lighting - If you can be in a well lit area that's the best. Near a window works well too!
3. Once the meeting goes live, your name will be listed on the right hand side column. It's easy to change your name though ( there is a little button/icon near your name and it should give you the option to change it)! If you like, write the word: "KIDS NAME: whatever your kiddos name is" child's FIRST name (NO LAST NAMES) and this way I can say their name out loud!
4. I will be MUTING everyone and also UNMUTING, so we can all hear each other (this means we can hear you too, grownups! HA! So, remember this is a safe, playful space, of FUN.. if they are not doing the moves the way I am - THAT'S OK!
5. TIME: I'm hoping to do this class for 45 minutes minimum.
6. AGES: I'm gearing this for kids primarily 3 - 7, but my 2 year old was jumping around too!
7.
