Mindfulness Weekly Support Group - Anxiety
Anxiety can affect our bodies, the way we think, the way we feel and how we behave. This weekly mindfulness support group will run in 5 week cycles to provide a virtual space to come together and connect, to understand and explore anxiety, and practice mindfulness meditation to relieve and manage anxiety during the isolation and lockdown phase. Skills learned during the 5 weeks can be used to establish new mindful habits and patterns.
