Fun Flow Yoga - Thursday 5:30pm

The focus is on alignment and breath, tossing in a new pose here and there to challenge you with a special emphasis on proper technique, helping you to refine your form. ​This class is open to all levels of experience.

Please have a block(s), small pillow and a strap available for support and modifications.

My classes are offered on a sliding scale: $12 - $15+ per person/per class. *Please consider paying at the rate you're most comfortable with. Your generosity supports your fellow practitioners and my continuous efforts to support people to learn and grow.
