This is a gentle yoga class designed to assist students in managing side effects, boosting immunity as well as learning modifications for poses based on their ailments that they can then bring with them to other yoga classes. Focus and attention will be on the breath which is a very important tool in calming the nervous system and bringing the body back into balance.
