In this class we will have a look on Asana and Pranayama in Ashtanga Yoga with an idea what are the desired qualities of specific practices, and how to develop our practices to be even more focused and mindful. Be prepared to do some asana and pranayama practices.
Be ready to join this class some 10 minutes before the teaching time.
