Friday Tai Chi/Qigong with CSCET
Here are some tips from your instructor to help you maximize the benefits of this class:
- have a folding chair or a dining chair with no arms (make sure it doesn't slide on your floor)
- wear loose clothing and have bare feet

Until the need for social distancing surrounding concerns of the spread of COVID-19 has passed, we will be offering weekly movement classes via Zoom Meetings.
