Join me virtually (via Zoom) for an rejuvenating and restorative yoga flow. This vinyasa inspired class incorporates the fluidity and synchronicity of breath and movement.
Typically, we start with breathwork to so you can center yourself through harnessing the power of your parasympathetic nervous system.
Once we establish the breath, we'll shift into a moving meditation. Gently warming up the body, paying special attention to the wrists, shoulders, hips and low back.
Class will conclude with restorative pose options to promote healing, rest and recovery.
You're welcome to stick around for a few minutes after class to ask any yoga questions you may have.
