Community Yoga (Friday 12 Noon)
We come to our mat to notice and wonder as we breathe and move mindfully. This is a gentle yoga/mindful movement practice, perfect for the end of the work week, perfect for times like these.

The session is supported by the Wolfsonian Public Humanities Lab and open to everyone who wants to participate. If you are interested, come try it out, develop your practice, give yourself some rest. Invite a friend.
