Managing Your Job Search During Times of Uncertainty
Being unemployed and looking for a job is a stressful task, now another component has been added to the equation.

A variable that we have no control over. It is external, it is global, and it is uncertain, we do not know how long it will last or how it will evolve.
What to do then with our job search?

This is unreal, wintertime and we don’t even talk about the weather.
It’s time of preparation for the good weather to come.

The first step is to train ourselves to keep our primitive brains under control.
In this webinar we are going to discuss how our brains work in these circumstances and what we must do to keep the five social domains in balance (SCARF model).
We already know how to look for a job, but we can only do it keeping ourselves in a positive mental state, let's see how to work on it.

Let’s apply the Stockdale paradox:

“Retain faith that you will prevail in the end, regardless of the difficulties. And at the same time confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be.”
